Write M³AAWG documents with Metanorma-M3AAWG

Experimental flavor Metanorma for M3AAWG is currently under heavy development. While it could be used for document submission to M3AAWG, some glitches are possible. We would greatly appreciate any such issues filed to its GitHub repository here metanorma-m3aawg.

• Build Metanorma for M3AAWG documents with a command like this:
